Whether you feel more comfortable training alongside a colleague or friend, enjoy the competition or just want to spread the cost of the session between 2 or 3 of you, I offer group sessions at off peak times. Because of the big open space at Pure Fitness Shoreditch, we can have sessions for 2 to 3 people at a time outside of the peak gym hours. It doesn’t matter if you’re different body types or fitness levels, as long as your goals are the same, it can be catered for.
